Had a state inspection and oil change this morning. The technical service was thorough and quick and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was engaging, helpful, and personable. Hands down the best experience that I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. I need tips on their leadership model and those employees deserve a bonus.

Hooked me up with an insane discount, had great conversations with the workers, who are mostly veterans (I am active) and even performed the extra mile to re adjust my handbrake (luckily because someone there knew how to do it) just so I could pass my inspection I came for. Great and amazing team overall, and I wish nothing but the best for the individuals that assisted me 💯

Was all I could have hoped for in a quick oil change. No waiting line at all on late Sunday afternoon. Staff greeted me immediately, got the car in right away, And got me out of there in no time. Quick, courteous without overdoing it, and I'll assume cause competent. No hassle honoring coupon. Satisfied.
